our commonly asked questions
Chiropractic is a natural and hands-on approach to health care that works with the healing power of the body. As Chiropractors, we understand that the nervous system controls every other system in the body. Physical, chemical and emotional stressors can produce an imbalance in your nervous system and spine. We provide fast, gentle and specific adjustments to the spine to restore natural movement and function.
By restoring proper spinal and nervous system function, Chiropractors help people reach and maintain optimal health and wellbeing.
Health is an inside job - a body that moves well functions well.
No, Chiropractic is a primary health service. You do not need any referral to use our services. We are also ACC registered meaning if you've had an injury within the last 12 months you may be able to use ACC. Talk with one of the Chiropractors in your next visit to find out if you're eligible and what the process involves.
We currently only work with ACC. You will need to personally contact your health insurance provider to find out if they cover Chiropractic Care and what processes are involved to be reimbursed.
Chiropractic care is not a treatment or cure for specific conditions, but rather a way to remove vertebral subluxations in the spine and allow the body's natural healing processes to take place. Our goal is to help improve the function of the nervous system and reduce any irritation that may be causing symptoms or conditions. Regular chiropractic check-ups can help ensure that your nervous system is functioning at its best and may lead to improvements in overall health and well-being. It's important to note that results may vary and there is no guarantee that chiropractic will help with a specific problem.
